July 2019.

I swore I would stop spending my free time to get better at my career.

I knew eventually I'd churn. I knew it would be a struggle.

I'm at the churn, it is a struggle.

I did swap in my passions into my free time though.

I'm at the point where I'm far more productive outside of work than inside.

The key difference is: my work is modeled after Microsoft whether they realize it organizationally or not.

That's when I stopped playing ball and started playing cards.
